Website Redesign + Infographics + Mailing List Integration + Basic SEO

Health Media Network is experiencing tremendous growth and needed a completely redesigned website to position their small business strongly within their industry. I was happy to work closely with my client to create a new look and functionality for their website including new interactive features for greater visitor engagement, increased site conversions and easier management of lead generation.

Note: I’ve redesigned this website again after posting this case study. Stay tuned for an update.

Best Practices Process

Client interview, rough sketches,¬†grayscale wireframes, then full color site mockups. These are the steps I typically follow before digging in to the front-end code. I love working with clients to fine-tune a website that’s just right for their business.

Custom Infographics

I was happy to take my clients typed up number charts and rough sketches to concept out custom graphics that make it easier for site visitors to grasp complex concepts and ideas at a glance.

WordPress CMS

A WordPress CMS behind a regularly updated News section gives my client complete control over updating content on their own, whenever it’s convenient. Keeping website content fresh helps attract repeat visits, maximizes search engine optimization (SEO) and improves rankings with Google Analytics.

Mailing List Integration

Instead of running my client’s information gathering forms through their web hosting provider’s limited¬†email forwarding service, I set up a much more efficient mailing list system through MailChimp. When a visitor fills out one of the website contact forms, their identity is first verified and then they’re added to a mailing list that my client can manage themselves for sending out enewsletters or for direct and immediate follow-up.

Ready to roll?

I’m all ears. Let’s get to work.
