PetCareTV is the #1 educational source for improving pet health awareness in veterinary offices across the country via its national television network.
This website design project was all about bringing PetCareTV into its parent company brand while giving it its own unique identity.
This was accomplished by using a similar but deeper hued color palette. And using the same font-family as the parent company for the body copy throughout the site but a more youthful, bold slab serif for headings and titles to match the playfulness of a pet company while helping this subdivision stand out on its own.
Some cool features:
- Access to password-protected video training portal engages customers and makes them self-reliant
- Self-serve tech support empowers customers and decreases repetitive ‘how to’ calls
- Live Chat enhances customer service and encourages interactivity with prospects and clients alike
- Video gallery engages and educates
